LNS were honoured with a visit from the new Captain of HMS Richmond Cdr Mike
McCartain with crew members Lt Andy Mason (who has visited LNS previously) and
Lt Jane Bowker on Friday 23 April 2004.

Sixth formers were offered a
fascinating presentation and talk which was followed by a Question and
Answer session.
Cdr Mike McCartain presented a
framed picture of HMS Richmond, which was received on behalf of the school
by School Captain Lee Wakefield.
