Cater Link’s Fresh Food Policy

Cater Link has a Fresh Food Policy which aims to provide 80% freshly cooked food in the 150,000 meals we provide per week to schools, care homes and businesses

Cater Link recently achieved 5th Place in the Sunday Times 100 Fastest Growing Companies increasing sales 142% a year from 1999 – 2002

We aim to meet nutritional needs while providing a good choice of menu

Our approach is to discourage the use of convenience foods and reduce

‘Fast Food’ to a minimum. Here at LNS we try to inspire the boys by holding Theme Days such as Chinese New Year, European Football Championships & Wimbledon Tennis

The daily cost of £1.75 provides for your son or daughter to enjoy a nutritionally balanced meal. An example of a typical menu is detailed above and with the days getting colder it’s a good time to think about a hot meal to replace a packed lunch. Also pupils can get a hot breakfast of egg, sausage and bacon rolls, toast, cereals and tea or coffee

Served from 7-45 to 8-35am

There are filled rolls, home-made cakes, hot and cold drinks available during the morning break
